The competition will be livestreamed for FREE thanks to ADL Live!

1st place winners in non-novice classes will earn an invite to the Official Strongman Games!

EVENTS - DAY 1

------------------------------------------------------

Max Elephant Bar Deadlift

• 60 sec after strapped in for each attempt.
• Rising Bar. (20lb jumps for women / 30lb jumps for men)
• Last Man Standing style.
• Straps, Suits, and briefs are allowed.

Yoke Carry + Sandbag Load

• 75 sec time limit.
• 50ft course length.
• Yoke carry and then run back and carry and load a sandbag over the yoke.

Circus Dumbbell

• 75 sec time limit.
• Clean and press a circus dumbbell for reps.
• Each rep must start from the ground or touch-and-go.

Frame Carry + Arm Over Arm Pull

• 75 sec time limit.
• 50ft course length.
• Frame carry and then arm over arm pull.
• Weights for arm over arm and more details coming soon.

Log Clean & Press

• 75 sec time limit.
• Clean and press a log for reps.
• Each rep must start from the ground or touch-and-go.
• Belt buckle on side or back.

Hercules Hold

• Hold for maximum time.
• Weights and more details coming soon.

Carry Medley

• 75 sec time limit.
• 50ft course length.
• Carry 3 different implements down the course.
• Weights and more details coming soon.
