FIXED AXLE ON WAGON WHEELS - GROUND TO OVERHEAD FOR REPS IN 60 SECONDS

• Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many ground to overhead reps in any manner as possible
• Athlete will wait for judges down call between each rep
• Athlete will control the implement to the ground each rep
  • grip shirts, sleeves, belts, wraps, briefs allowed
  • tacky, belt cleans not allowed

BARTOS YOKE RUN - 50FT

• Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete 50ft yoke run
• Only 1 drop allowed
• Entire implement must cross line
• 2 second slide penalty will be enforced
• Fastest time or longest distance wins
  • grip shirt, belt, sleeves, briefs allowed

DEADLIFT MEDLEY - 3 BARS - REPS IN 60 SECONDS

DEADLIFT BAR, AXLE ON WAGON WHEELS, BARTOS SILVER DOLLAR IMPLEMENT

• Athlete will perform 1 lift on each of the first 2 bars, then reps for the remainder of the 60 seconds on the 3rd bar
• Athlete must have thumbs touching the bar
• Athlete will wait for down call on each rep before continuing on
  • belt, sleeves, wraps, briefs, straps, figure 8’s allowed
  • suits not allowed

BARTOS FARMER CARRY FOR 50FT

• Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete 50ft course
• Fastest time or longest distance wins
• No drops allowed
  • belts, sleeves, briefs allowed
  • CHALK is the only grip aid allowed, nothing else

BARTOS KEG CARRY AND LOAD FOR 60 SECONDS

• Athlete will carry the implement 20ft and then load it over a bar for 60 seconds
• Highest reps wins
• Keg will be returned to the athlete under the bar
• No throwing the keg over the bar
• 48” for women, 54” for men
  • grip shirt, belts, sleeves, wraps, briefs allowed
  • tacky and grip aids other than chalk not allowed
