Welcome to the 2023 Orlando USA Fit Strongman Games, formally known as the Europa Strongman Games.

The USA Fit Games(Europa) is one of the longest running athletic expo's in the United States. It has 3 different event locations throughout the year and Orlando has been a location for almost 20 years!

United States Strongman Inc is proud to be the sanctioning body of this event and promise to give the best event and show to the athletes and crowd.

Entry fee: $100 ( Includes T shirt, entry to the expo and award for top 3 placing.)

Weigh in's (Friday Only) 12-1pm, 530-630pm. Location will be the venue in a private room out front (The room number will be emailed to you the week before the event, as I don't have that information yet.) ALL ATHLETES, EVEN NOVICE, MUST WEIGH IN FOR THIS CONTEST. I repeat ALL ATHLETES MUST WEIGH IN FOR THIS CONTEST!!

Competition Day: Doors open at 8. Check in's from 8:30-9. Rules meeting is at 9, with "Official" warm ups beginning at 9:15. Introductions/opening ceremonies will begin at 9:45 with contest beginning at 10AM

Events: (In no particular order)

Axle Clean & Press State Record Setter- This will be a tricky scoring event, so please read carefully. This event will go lightest to heavy bodyweight. Whatever bodyweight you weighed in at, that is what weight class you'll be using for the record setter. All classes, even novice, will be doing the record setter event. Weight classes will be
Women- 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198 and 198+ (Weights will be determined after testing and consulting with other State Reps)
Men- 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ (Weights will be determined after testing and consulting with other State Reps)
Scoring for USA Fit Expo Games will be based on amount of reps you do in blocks.
Reps 1-3= 1 point
Reps 4-6= 2 points
Reps 7-9= 3 points
All reps from 10 and on will be 1 point per rep added to your running total. This seems to be the best way to fairly score this event due to weight classes being condensed in the competition.
If at the end of the event you have the most reps in your INDIVIDUAL RECORD WEIGHT CLASS (not this competition's class) you will be the official USS Florida state record holder. Belt, wrist wraps, grip shirt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves/wraps permitted.
Yoke Walk/ Duck Walk Medley- Using a Valor Fitness Yoke, you will pick up the implement and travel 60 ft. Then you will immediately pick up a power stair bar and walk with it between your legs for a final 60ft to complete the medley. The implements will be staggered so you do not need to run back to grab the second. You will have 75 seconds to complete this medley. Front of both implement have to cross the line only, not the entire. Belt, wrist wraps, grip shirt, knee sleeves/wraps permitted.
Wagon Wheel Deadlift (conventional bar)- Using a Valor Fitness Bar, you will deadlift the Wagon wheel loaded bar (Approx. 14" from the ground) as many times as possible in 60 seconds. There will be no up call, only a down command. Shoes and deadlift socks are required (finger shoes, ballet slippers, etc are considered shoes and shin high tube socks are acceptable.) Belt, wrist wraps/straps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves permitted. You may start with hands on the bar/strapped in. NO DL/SQUAT SUITS.
Atlas Stone Load Medley- Athlete will successfully lift 4 atlas stones to an approx. 52" platform in succession to complete the event. You will have 60 seconds to complete the stones and split times will be recorded for tie breaker purposes. Weights will go lightest to heaviest. Tacky, liquid tacky, tacky towels, belts, forearm sleeves, knee sleeves permitted.
Will Development Stone Dumbbell Press- Athlete will have 60 seconds to clean and press a custom stone Dumbbell from the ground to overhead. Two hands on the dumbbell are permitted during the clean but once the dumbbell is on the shoulder, the athlete will remove the second hand and complete an overhead press with a controlled lockout. Dumbbell will then be returned to the ground and athlete will repeat the motion until time expires. You may use which ever arm you prefer to press. IMPORTANT: Athlete will attempt to maintain control of the dumbbell for the entire rep, INCLUDING THE DOWN PART. If a judge deems an athlete is being unsafe or irresponsible with the dumbbell, the previous rep will not be counted and if it continues, athlete will be disqualified from the event.
