Weigh ins: (only for 82KG women) Friday 10 AM - Noon and 5:00-6:30 PM at 580 Barbell

If you cannot make the morning weigh-ins, please let us know and we will accommodate all athletes.

SHW men will check-in before rules meeting

If you are a pro strongman/woman (in this specific class) you will receive your entry fee reimbursement when you show up for the competition). If you do not show, you will not be refunded.

Mandatory rules meeting at 580 Barbell Friday 8/22/25 at 7 PM EST.

Every entrant to the fair will have to purchase a ticket ($10 prior, $12 at the door)

Athletes do NOT need a ticket. It is covered with your event registration, and you will receive it when you check-in.

We will send out the ticket link to all athletes once they are available.

Other information:

We will be on the main stage of the fair from 1-6, so hopefully we can draw a nice crowd for the athletes to put on a show!

The following will be awarded:

1st Place: Pro Card (if not already Pro), invite to America’s Strongest
2nd Place: Pro Card (if highest placing amateur and not already Pro)
3rd Place: Pro Card (if highest placing amateur and not already Pro)

Arnold invites will be given to the top 3 amateurs regardless of placement.

Amateur Nationals invites are also available at Pro/Am competitions as follows:

1-8 athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals (if Pro card not earned)
8-11 athletes in a class: 1st-4th place qualify for Nationals (if Pro card not earned)
12+ athletes in a class: 1st-5th place qualify for Nationals (if Pro card not earned)

Minimum Payouts: (These are guaranteed and will not go lower)

1st: $1500

2nd: $1000

3rd: $500

Events: (This is in order)

Max Log Clean & Press:

3 attempts - once you miss you are out

Men's Log (MBPowerCenter) - starting weight 300 lbs with 10 lb jumps.

Women's Log (Rogue 12") - starting weight 135 lbs with 5 lb jumps.

You can jump in/out as you want. If you tie at weight with someone, tiebreaker goes to whoever opened heavier. If you opened at the same weight, points will be split.

Log will be cleaned off drop pads.

Judges will give the athlete a "down" call once it is locked out with stability and feet brought parallel together.

Car Deadlift For Reps

Max reps in 60 seconds

Up and down call

Men will have one vehicle and women another - each class deadlifts on the exact same vehicle so there are no issues or debates

Strap in on your own time

No suits allowed. This is a raw deadlift.

Sandbag Toss

15ft height for men, 12ft for women.

60 sec time limit.

Split times will be taken for each bag so there are no ties. Time is whenever the bag hits the ground.

Bags must be thrown in order of lightest to heaviest.

Sandbag Carry

Athletes will have 60 seconds to carry the sandbag as far as possible.

Athletes will start with their hands off the bag and on the judges "start" command, their 60 seconds begins.

Once the bag hits the ground, their distance will be measured.

You cannot shoulder the sandbag it must be a front carry.

Gloves are allowed.

Power Pin Hold

Athletes will pick up the rogue power pin and hold it for as long as possible.

This must be performed double overhand with no hook grip.

Other Notes:

No tacky or sticky stuff for any lift

No headphones during any lift

Must wear the competition shirt for all events
