Rogue power bar for men and women.

Women will increase 50 lbs

Men will increase 90 lbs.

Wessel's rules, warming briefs allowed, no deadlift suits. Knee sleeves, knee wraps, straps allowed. Soft and Hard belt allowed.

HUSAFELL; will be on a 24" platform for the pick. No grip shirts.

Grab the husafell anyway that you want but not the very bottom of it.

Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps and belts allowed.

NO TACKY

FRAME PICK; 3 Attempts for max weight. Jump in at the weight you want after opener.

Women will be 50 lbs jumps.

Men will be 90 lbs jumps.

DINNIE STONE Carry; 25 feet for fastest time.

1 drop, 10 seconds to repick.

Weigh-ins will be from 9am to noon. Then 2pm to 6pm at The Bar on Friday the 19th.

Spectator admission is $5 or 1 can/bag of pet food that will be donated to the Helena Humane Society.
