BLUE COLLAR BASH II RULES

GENERAL RULES:

Any intentional disrespect to any of the event staff can result in immediate disqualification from the entire competition. it will not be tolerated.
- Do not argue with the judge. If you think there has been a mistake, find the meet director and bring it up to them.
- When the judge says "Competitor Ready", it is not a question, it is a command. BE READY!!!!
Any intentional dropping, slamming or other disregard for equipment can result in a zero score for the event.
No Vulgar Language. We understand that words slip in the heat of the moment. Don't make it a habit.
Any disrespect or disregard for the facilities will not be tolerated.

EVENT RULES:

Deadlift medley-AFAP
- 60 second time limit
- The first two implements will be lifted once before moving to the next implement.
- The barbell will be lifted from the floor. WAIT FOR THE DOWN COMMAND!
- Upon successful lift, athlete will proceed to the Axle. The 18” Axle will be lifted once. WAIT FOR THE DOWN COMMAND!
- Upon successful lift, athlete will proceed to the Car Deadlift.
- The Car Deadlift handles will be at approximately 16" height.
- The Car Deadlift will be for as many reps as possible in the time remaining.
- You must wait for the down command on EVERY LIFT!!!
- Equipment allowed:
  - Chalk
  - Belt
  - Wrist wraps
  - Straps of any kind
  - Elbow sleeves
  - Knee sleeves/wraps
- Equipment not allowed:
  - Supportive suits of any kind
  - Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts

Log Clean & Press-AMRAP
- 60 second time limit
- Clean & Press each rep
- Women will use 10 in steel log.
- Men will use 12 in steel log
- You must wait for down command

- Equipment allowed:
  - Chalk
  - Belt
  - Wrist wraps
  - Elbow sleeves
  - Knee sleeves/wraps

Yoke Walk-AFAP
- 90 second time limit
- 50 ft total, Turnaround at 25 ft
- Yoke will start with front feet of the Yoke on the start/finish line
- Competitor will start with hands on Crossbar
- On go command competitor will pick up Yoke and proceed to walk it towards turning line
- Both of the back feet of the Yoke must cross the turning line before dropping & turning
- Competitor must then proceed back to start/finish line
- Time will stop once both rear feet of the Yoke cross the start/finish line
- Multiple drops allowed

  - - Elbow sleeves

- Equipment not allowed:

Stone over bar-AMRAP
- Athlete will start with arms on crossbar
- At the start command Athletes will be given 60 seconds to lift the stone over the bar as many times as possible
- Spotter will roll the stone back
- Bar height
  - All men - 52"
  - All women - 48"
- Equipment allowed
  - Chalk
  - Belt
  - Wrist wraps
  - Elbow sleeves
  - Knee sleeves
  - Stone sleeves/Arm tape
  - Tacky
- Equipment Not allowed

  - Platform shoes of any kind
- ALL TACKY MUST BE CLEANED OFF OF BODY IN THE DESIGNATED CLEANUP AREA. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A ZERO FOR THE EVENT.
SandBag Toss-MAX HEIGHT
- 60 second time limit each turn
- Athletes will have 3 attempts at max height
- Rising bar format/Height will not decrease
- Wessels rule applies. You miss, you're done
- All Athletes will be going at the same time.
- Athletes will start 10ft back from sandbag with their hand on the apparatus
- Once given the "Start" command, athletes will begin attempting to throw the sandbag over the bar.
- Athlete is responsible for retrieving sandbag for multiple attempts
- Starting Height: 12ft
