Weigh-ins will be on Friday, July 4th, from 11 am to 3 pm and Saturday, July 5th, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Or by appointment. You may buy spectator tickets for $10 at the event. Children under 13 are free. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for the open class, and they will qualify for nationals. Awards will be given to just 1st place winners of all other classes, and they will qualify for nationals.

Log Clean and Press Away for Reps- Titan 12-inch and 10-inch logs will be used. You will be cleaning from 6-inch pads. This will be for max reps within 60 seconds. You will start with the log on the pads, the time will begin once the log leaves the pads. You will clean it up to your chest, then you will press the log away for max reps. There will be a down command back down to your chest once full lockout has been achieved. You do not have to return the log to the pads once you begin pressing. Only belts and wrist wraps are allowed.
Max Mammoth Bar Deadlift- A Rogue Ohio Deadlift bar will be used with the Madewell Strength Mammoth bar sleeves attached. The overall length will be 11 feet. You will have three attempts to lift the most amount of weight possible. We will be making 40-50 lbs. jumps. Once you declare you are taking your first attempt, your following attempts will be recorded as your second and third attempts. We will have two other deadlift bars set aside for warming up. Only belts and deadlift straps are allowed.
Hercules Hold for Max Time- The pillars will be 10.5-foot 8-inch round steel pipes. The base weight will be 300 lbs. The time will start once you have the full weight of both pillars. You will hold for as long as possible, the time will stop once your hands leave the handles. Only belts and wrist wraps are allowed.
Fingal's Fingers for Max Reps- These will be the same setup as the Hercules Hold. You will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. The time will start once you attempt your first flip. Once the time stops, your last attempt will only count if it is already going over. Your hands must come off the implement at the end of 60 seconds. Only Belts and wrist wraps are allowed.
Yoke- Rep and Titan yokes will be used. You will have 60 seconds to bring the yoke 100 feet as fast as possible. There will be unlimited drops, sliding will result in a 5-second penalty, and just the front feet of the yoke have to pass the finish line. The time will start once the yoke comes off the ground. Only belts and supportive knee equipment are allowed.
