Please Read: VIDEO OF TOP LIFTS: To accurately judge the events, video submission will need to be provided for all lifts. This is the athlete’s responsibility to record and provide the videos.

Spectator Fee: $10

Membership: Athletes must be members of Armlifting USA and can sign up on ArmliftingUSA.com for $20.00 for one year.

FORMAT: Unlimited attempts (60 sec. time limit on each attempt) in a last man standing contest. If the athlete misses an attempt, he or she is done for that event. THE ATHLETE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO BACK DOWN AND TRY A LIGHTER WEIGHT.

WEIGH-INS: August 23rd @ Civic Center at 10:00 am The weigh-ins have to be on the morning of the contest. Contest promoters are responsible for providing an accurate scale to conduct weigh-ins.
