Important notice:

This event is not under any sanctioning body. No membership from any federation is required, athletes do not need a Strongman Corporation (SC) or United States Strongman (USS) membership to compete. The only fee you pay is the entry fee.

EVENT RULES AND INFORMATION:

Events, rules, and weights subject to change without notice. The rules meeting on comp day will go over the rules for each event and answer any questions athletes may have.

Event 1: Log max reps/min

Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible with the log. Each rep will

be a full clean and press, athletes must receive a down command before the weight is brought

down to the crash pad for the rep to count. A 12” log will be used for the men's category and a

10” log will be used in the women's category.

Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, up to 2 belts are allowed

Event 2: Truck pull (60 seconds)

Athletes pull a truck as far as they can in a 100ft lane in 60 seconds. If the

athlete finishes the 100ft pull before the 60 second mark, points will be awarded to the fastest

time finished. Athletes will pull the vehicle by a harness and with an arm over arm rope pull.

Event 3: Max weight sandbag throws

Athletes will attempt to throw a sandbag over a 12 ft bar. Each weight class will have a

minimum weight they must start at. Each athlete can attempt as many weight jumps as they

like but two failed attempts and they are out. There is no going back to a lighter weight, so once

you’ve chosen your weight, that’s where you are at unless you succeed in the throw and go up.

Weight jumps will go up by 5 lbs.

Event 4: Grip event: Fat Gripz Farmer Carry

Athletes will have 60 seconds to carry the fat grip farmer carries as far as possible. The lane will

be 50 ft long and athletes can set them down at either end of the 50 ft lane without

penalty but will only be able to drop them once if within the 50ft lane. Dropping them more

than once within the lane, the athlete's distance will be taken at the 2nd drop.

Event 5: Deadlift ladder

Athletes will have 90 seconds to complete a series of five increasing heavier deadlifts. Score will

be given by how many of the lifts have been completed or if all five deadlifts have been

completed, score will be given by time.

Knee sleeves, chalk, lifting straps, up to 2 belts are allowed
