**The Hero class is for special needs and/or adaptive athletes only. Weights in these classes can be subject to change. Those athletes coaches can speak to the meet director about any issues.

Axle Clean and Press- As many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Athletes will have to clean and press each rep. A rep will not count until the athlete receives the "Down" command from the judge. Whomever has the most reps in 60 seconds wins.

Deadlift- As many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Athletes will receive "Down" and "Up" commands for each rep. A rep will not count unless the athlete receives the "Down" command. Whomever has the most reps in 60 seconds win.

Farmers: Athletes will take both farmers 50 ft down and 50 ft back. The front end of the implements need to cross over the marker before going back and before being counted as finished for an event. Whomever

Sandbag carry and load: Athletes will have to pick their designated sandbag up, run it 50 ft and load it over a yoke. Yoke heights will be 48" for women and 52" for men. Whomever carries and loads the sandbag the fastest wins.

Rope pulley system: A weight will be hooked up to the pulley. Athletes will be sitting with the other end of the rope. On the command of "go" Athletes will hoist the weight up until the weight reaches the top of the pulley. Judges will give a "Down" command and Athletes will then lower the weight in a controlled manner back to the ground. The most reps in 60 seconds wins.
