This seminar will last approximately 3-4 hours and follow the format below

Brief overview of career – highlights and failures
Discussion on form, technique, setting up a training program, etc.
Break out session where participants get hands on with equipment so he can observe and give advice, corrections, etc.
Question and answer session followed by pictures and autographs

This will be a great opportunity for anyone looking to improve their performance as an athlete or coach in the sport of Strongman. All experience levels are welcome.
