Strongman Corp membership details:

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.

Nationals/ America's Strongest Master's and America's Strongest Teen

Amateur National's bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals

Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a master's class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.

Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.

Weigh in details- Must have membership, and

Weigh-ins will be conducted in KILOGRAMS and there is NO "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 64kg class must weigh in at 64.0kg or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.

24 hour weigh in for Friday 11/06 9am-12pm and 5-7pm
Game day weigh in- 8-9am 11/07

All of these events will be indoors with the potential exception of the sled sprint event,

Order of events

circus db clean and press for reps

lift starts hands off
db must touch the floor on every successful rep (if you miss the down on a press you can reattempt to press from the shoulder)
arm must be locked out feet must be squared, must clean each rep, 1 minute time limit
banned equipment- elbow wraps , tacky, built up belts
allowed- elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, belt, soft belt, knee sleeves, grip shirt

4 lanes

55lbs circus db is a texas power concepts 8in circus db
any dbs between 75-115lbs will be a 10in texas power concepts circus db 2 lanes will have a 10in bell
dbs 135lbs+ will be a mike bartos 12 in circus db

2. Max Farmer Deadlift raw- 3 attempts , miss an attempt and you're out on a tie (the weight will not go down), Jumps will be as low as 40lbs

hands on start, hook grip is allowed *
both sides must come up at the same time
farmers must be fully off the floor, hips must be through, feet squared standing tall (please let us know if you have orthopedic restrictions and cannot fully lock out), must wait for down call.
allowed equipment- neoprene shorts/ strongman shorts (stretchy)
banned equipment- powerlifting geared equipment, suits, no briefs (stiff briefs), knee wraps, lifting straps

3. hussafell carry to hussafell bag over bar

hands off start
run a hussafell bag 20 ft down and rep the Hussafell bag over bar for the remainder of the minute
the bag must touch the floor every rep over bar
allowed equipment- hard belt, soft belt, knee sleeves, grip shirts
banned- powerlifting gear, suits stiff briefs, knee wraps, tacky, adhesives of any kind

4. weighted sled sprint /truck pull style

harness (weight will be behind you)
no rope
45 seconds time limit
pulls will be on turf
50 ft distance
3 lanes/ 4 lanes if weather permits for outdoor turf section

5.Atlas sandstone to shoulder-

1 minute max reps
must dead stop from the floor each rep
sandbag must be still on the shoulder to receive a down call
allowed equipment- grip shirts
banned- tacky, adhesives or sticky stuff or gloves
