Jeep Deadlift; car Deadlift using a military jeep on the car deadlift. Max reps in a 60 second time limit. The length of the handles will be adjusted to make this ift harder the heavier weight classes.

Allowed: Hard and soft belts, knee sleeves or wraps, straps

Supply run; load ammo crates and Jerry cans into the back of the jeep. 25 foot run. First a pair of ammo cans. Then a crate and last a pair of Jerry cans. 60 second time limit.

Hummer pull; hand over hand rope pull the Hummer 25 feet. 60 second time limit. Gloves are allowed. NO TACKY.

Sandbag press: Start with 50 pound bag press overhead move to the next bag and press again. Keep going till you can't press anymore. 25 pound jumps. You will have 30 seconds to start your lift n the bag. Go till you can not press the bag.

Wrecking ball hold; This is for Max time. Lift the wrecking ball by the T handle. Time starts at lockout, ends when the ball hits the floor.
