Welcome to the sport of strongman/strongwoman!

Beginners and novices, this is an amazing opportunity to learn about the sport and experience a competition setting.

This is A WORKSHOP CONTEST. That means we will be creating space to offer feedback and advice on every event.

We are aiming to make Queens of the Stones a very inclusive, beginner friendly experience. No strongman experience required!

Veteran athletes like Cara Claymore and promoter Cristian Candemir will be present to offer free, hands-on technique & safety coaching for every event.

The event will be run like a competition, but with opportunities to ask questions, get advice, and test your skills while learning new ones. Each event will be prefaced with a brief demo, and Q&A opportunity. When it is your turn, you will have the opportunity to get real time feedback and tips before you go. If the weight of the implement is too ambitious for your current level, we will do our best to modify it so that you can still experience the lift (this will just net you a half point rather than a full point for every completed rep or event).

Registration is $25.

weigh-in times are going to be Friday 9:00-11:00 AM,12:00-2:00 PM and morning of competition

spectators fee will be $10 and parking will be at the venue
