EVENT RULES

HUSAFELL STONE CARRY

60 second time limit
Max distance
Athlete will begin behind implement. Once time starts, athlete will pick implement from ground and carry as far as possible in 60 seconds (or as long as possible) along a 50' down and back course. Time ends if implement is dropped or at the time cap.
Allowed: Hard belts, soft belts, gloves, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts, chalk
Not allowed: adhesive of any kind

SANDBAG CARRY AND LOAD

60 second time limit
Women: 48"
Men: 52"
Athlete will begin behind lightest sandbag. Once time starts, athlete will pick sandbag, carry 50' and load over yoke, then repeat until all three bags are loaded. Time stops once final bag hits ground on opposite side of yoke. Athlete may not grab yoke to assist in loading the sandbag over. If all three bags are not loaded within time limit, scoring will be based on distance. Bags must be loaded lightest to heaviest and can be carried in any way.

LOG CLEAN AND PRESS

60 second time limit
Women: 8" log
Men: 10" log
Athlete will begin behind implement. Once time starts, athlete will have 60 seconds to clean and press as many reps as possible. Each rep must start on ground, no tree-topping (dropping log from overhead without control).
Allowed: Hard belt, soft belt, elbows sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts, chalk
Not allowed: adhesive of any kind

FRAME DEADLIFTS

60 sec time limit
Frame empty weight: 120lbs
Athlete will begin strapped into frame. Once time starts, athlete will have 60 seconds to deadlift frame for as many reps as possible. No touch and go reps- up and down commands will be given.
Allowed: Hard belts, soft belts, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, straps
Not allowed: adhesive of any kind, deadlift briefs or suits, wrist hooks

HAND OVER HAND TRUCK PULL

60 second time limit
100' distance
Athlete will begin standing or sitting in tire holding rope. Once time starts, athlete will have 60 seconds to pull the vehicle 100' toward them. Time will stop once 100' indicator mark on rope is touched by athlete. If full distance is not completed within the time cap, scoring will be based on distance.
Allowed: hard belt, soft belt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves
Not allowed: adhesive of any kind
