This event qualifies: 105k Men for 2025 PSL Finals and 64k women for 2024 PSL Finals

Weigh-in: May 31 from 9am-12pm and again from 4pm-6pm at BSS Fitness 730 Bev Rd. Boardman Ohio 44512. June 1 from 8:30am-9:30am at the venue.

Rules: June 1 from 9:30am-10am at the venue

First lift will be at 10am

We will be giving away a minimum of $3500 in prize money between the 105k Men and 64k women. We are working on raising more as we go.

Competition will be held at the Canfield Fairgrounds as part of the Mahoning County Autism Society’s Autism Warrior event. Bring your friends and families because there will be much for them to do.

Events are:

-Barbell clean and press ladder (a press version of the famous OSG deadlift ladder)

All bars are in fact barbells

-Max Mammoth Bar Deadlift

Athletes have 3 attempts to hit a max lift. This will be run as a rising bar so you may have to follow yourself. Once you miss it you are out.

All forms of straps are ok. Suits, sleeves and belts are ok as well.

No sticky substances

-Conan’s Wheel (Weight TBD)

Max distance in 60sec.

Time stops once the implement touches the ground. You may repick once if you stumble on your initial pick.

Belts, wraps and sleeves are allowed.

No sticky substances or grip shirts are allowed.

-Sandbag Toss for Distance

Athlete will get 3 attempts to throw for max distance with any style of throw. There will be a line that the athlete must remain behind. If the athlete steps on or in front of the line at any time during or immediately after the throw (before the bag lands), the throw will = zero feet. Max distance of 3 attempts will be the score.

Wraps, sleeves, belts and chalk are allowed.

No grip shirts or sticky substances.

-Carry and Load Medley

3 implements carried 30 feet each and loaded to a platform which will be set at 50” for 64k Women and 56” for Open Men. Implements will be sandbag/keg/block. We will be testing out the weights in the next couple weeks and update you ASAP!
