AWARDS: 1st and 2nd place awards, and qualifications for Regionals and Nationals with enough entries

Spectator fee: $10 - a portion of proceeds will be donated to Strong Paws Rescue

Events and Weights: All events/weights subject to change without notice. All judge rulings are final.

Press Medley: Log press, Natural Stone, Single-Hand Dumbbell Press with a 60 second time limit. Athlete can complete the lifts in any order they choose. Unlimited drops and attempts within the 60s time limit. 8" log for women, 10" log for men. Any dumbbell weight at and over 100 lbs will be using a Circus Dumbbell. Do your best to control the weights down, if you spike one of them you will be zeroed. **represented in the above order in the weight sheet**
Ukranian Deadlift: Max weight, last man standing, down command will be given. Axle grip used. No straps, suits, or tacky allowed. Weight will start at 200lbs for women and 300lbs for men.
Loading Medley: Each athlete will have 3 implements to load onto the platform, of which will be finalized on competition day. Possible loading implements could include fire hydrants, sandbags, atlas stones, natural stones, husafelt, husacross, etc. 60 second max. **estimated weight range identified in the weight sheet**
Farmer Carry: Max distance, no straps/tacky/suit allowed, no drops allowed. **weight sheet identifies pounds-per-hand**
