Weigh in/Check in

Friday Nov 14 at Home Barbell Club
8am-noon and 5pm-7pm
EVERYONE MUST check-in on the 25th (weigh-ins are NOT allowed the day of the event), including SHW Classes- under age of 18 must have parent at check in and day of the event.

$10 at door. Cash/Venmo accepted

Athletes will compete in order of registration. Sign up early to lift last!
Entries after Oct 25 will not be guaranteed a competition shirt

EVENTS AND RULES

Primark Press Medley

Press 3 implements as fast as you can. 60 second timer. Log, axle, sandbag.

OK: Hard belt, soft belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, grip shirt

Not OK: tacky

Death Save Deadlifts

A Last Man Standing event

Round one starts at one rep, reps increase by one each round
Must receive a down command for reps to count
All athletes complete each round before moving on.
If you cannot complete the prescribed reps for the round you will be eliminated.
In the case of two or more athletes failing to complete the required amount of reps per the final round; the number of successful reps will be counted to assess the winner/tie.

OK: hard belt, soft belt, straps, versa grip, knee sleeves, compression shorts

Not OK: deadlift suits, tacky

Hodor's Hold

Hercules Hold for max time. Hang on tight!

Not OK: tacky, straps, weak will.

Dead Reckoning: Load Duel

Head to Head 3 Sandbags over Bar for time. 60 second timer. Must do light, medium, heavy bag in order. Shouldering is ok.
