EVENTS

Max Axle Press From Rack: Athletes will receive 3 attempts (miss and you're out). 30 seconds per attempt. Presses must be made from a front rack position NO behind the neck pressing. Athlete can strict press, push press, split jerk, etc. Grip shirts may be worn. Allowed equipment: neoprene briefs, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, hard and soft belt.

Max Silver Dollar Deadlift: Athletes will receive 3 attempts (miss and you're out). 30 seconds per attempt. Bar height will be 18" and will be done on a power bar. NO sumo pulls or deadlift suits allowed. Allowed equipment: neoprene briefs, knee sleeves, figure 8 and regular straps, hard and soft belt.

Rolling Thunder Hold: Athlete will hold the implement for as long as possible. Time will start when the implement is locked out and will stop when the implement touches the ground. Men will use a 2.36" diameter handle. Women will use a 2" diameter handle. Allowed equipment: neoprene briefs, liquid and powder chalk, wrist wraps, hard and soft belt. NO sticky substances.

Sandbag Steeple Chase: Athletes will have 60seconds to complete the course, if it is not completed a distance will be given. Athletes will carry the bag 15ft then load over a yoke, pick the bag up carry 15ft load over a yoke, pick the bag up and carry 15 more feet and load over a yoke. Time will stop when the bag touches ground. Load heights will be 48in for men and 42in for women. Allowed equipment: grip shirt, neoprene briefs, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves, chalk. NO sticky substances.

Atlas Stone Series: Athletes will have to 60seconds to complete all of the loads, if it is not completed it will be scored based of number of stones completed. Split times WILL NOT be taken. Men will have 5 heights to load to: 56" 54" 52" 50" 48" Women will have 4 heights to load to 52" 50" 48" 46". Equipment allowed: tacky (applied and removed in designated area), grip shirt, neoprene briefs, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, forearm sleeves/tape.

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a valid Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.

Nationals bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals

Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a Masters class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.

Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.

Weigh-ins will be conducted in KILOGRAMS and there is NO "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 105kg class must weigh in at 105kg or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.
