All Proceeds from this event will benefit the Love Like Ben Foundation, a registered 501C3. The Love Like Ben Foundation was created in memory of Benjamin Fike who died far too early in a car accident. The Love Like Ben Foundation is dedicated to championing youth participation in sports and developing leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline, and athletic ability in WNY.

~Weigh-ins will be held August 1st from 6 to 9 PM or August 2nd from 7:30 to 8:30 AM at the OFG Compound.

~ Athletes' meeting at 8:45 AM with lift-off at 9.

~ All weights are subject to change.

~ A teen class will be added if we have an interest of 3 or more for either male or female.

~Circus Dumbbell Clean and Press Each Rep Max reps in 60 seconds. Start and down command only. Grip shirts, elbow sleeves, and wrist wraps are ok, no built-up belt.

~ 15” Tire Deadlift Max reps in 60 seconds. Up and down command (No touch and go). This event will use an Ohio Deadlift Bar. No deadlift suits, no tacky, and no figure 8 straps. Other straps are acceptable. (If there is any question, the judge's decision is final.)

~ Seated Arm over Arm Sled Pull 50' Max 60 second time limit. You will be marked on time or distance. No tacky!

~ Sandbag Load Max reps in 60 seconds. 50” men and 46” women. You are not allowed to use the bar for assistance! Grip shirt ok. No tacky and no built-up belts. You can self-return, go around, or go under the bar between reps. The sandbag will not be returned to you.

~ BONUS EVENT 50/50 Bench Press Event $20 Entry Day of The Event Two classes Men and Women: Most Reps win 50% of the entry for their class.

Belts and wrist wraps only, no sleeves or bench shirts!

Touch and go are accepted.
