SPECTATOR COST: $10 for adults,Children 12 and younger are free.

NATIONALS AND REGIONALS QUALIFIERS:

If there is only 1 athlete in a class they will get a regionals bid.

If there are 2-5 athletes a class:

1st place - Nationals and Regionals (2025) invites

2nd - Regionals (2025)

3rd - Regionals (2025)

If there are 6+ athletes in a class:

1st - Nationals and Regionals (2025)

2nd - Nationals and Regionals (2025)

3rd - Regionals (2025)

4th - Regionals (2025)

Max Weight Sandbag Toss

-Rising bar format. Unlimited attempts, athlete does not need to take every attempt

-Athlete will have 20 seconds to throw sandbag over the bar.

-If the athlete misses they will retrieve their own sandbag and will be allowed to throw again within that 20 second window. If the athlete fails to clear the bar in that 20 second window they will be done with that event.

-If the athlete is successful they will move on to their next attempt. If multiple athletes are tied after all successful attempts it will be up to the promoters discretion to allow more attempts to break the tie.

-Equipment allowed- belts, wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves, chalk, and liquid chalk. All other equipment not allowed unless approved.

-Bar height will be 12' for all women's classes and 15' for all men's classes.

-Minimum 2.5# jumps

-Athletes must submit their opening weight by 10/26/24

Max Weight Log Clean and Press

-Rising bar format. Unlimited attempts, athlete does not need to take every attempt

-Athlete will have 30 sec. per attempt. If the athlete fails to successfully complete an attempt within the 30 second window they will be done with that event.

-If multiple athletes are tied after all successful attempts it will be up to the promoters discretion to allow more attempts to break the tie.

-Athlete will get a down command when ankles, knees, hips, and elbows are all locked out and head is through. Rep must be completed before the time expires.

-Equipment allowed- belts, wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves, grip shirts, grip shorts, chalk, and liquid chalk. All other equipment not allowed unless approved.

-All women's classes will use a 10" log and all men's classes will use a 12" log.

-Minimum 5# jumps

-Athletes must submit their opening weight by 10/26/24

Max Weight Farmers Walk

-Rising bar format. Unlimited attempts, athlete does not need to take every attempt

-Athletes will carry farmers handles 50' each attempt.

-If the athlete drops the farmers short of the end line they will be done with that event.

-If multiple athletes are tied after all successful attempts it will be up to the promoters discretion to allow more attempts to break the tie.

-Equipment allowed- belts, wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves, chalk, and liquid chalk. All other equipment not allowed unless approved.

-Minimum 10# jumps

-Athletes must submit their opening weight by 10/26/24

Max Weight Atlas Stone Over Bar

-Rising bar format. Unlimited attempts, athlete does not need to take every attempt

-Athlete will have 30 sec. per attempt. Stone must be loaded over the bar before time expires. If the athlete fails to successfully complete an attempt within the 30 second window they will be done with that event.

-If multiple athletes are tied after all successful attempts it will be up to the promoters discretion to allow more attempts to break the tie.

-Equipment allowed- belts, wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves, forearm sleeves, grip shirts, grip shorts, tape, and tacky. All other equipment not allowed unless approved.

-Women's classes will load over 44" bar. Men's classes will load over 48" bar.

-Atlas Stone weights available: 65, 95, 115, 130, 145, 160, 170, 185, 200, 220, 250, 270, 300, 325, 350, 370, 400, 415, and beyond if multiple athletes load the 415.

-Athletes must submit their opening weight by 10/26/24
