This event will take place at Dr. Ed's Nutrition Shoppe in Valdosta, Georgia. This will be an outdoor event. You are welcome to bring a tent and chairs.

Weights for events are subject to change.

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.

Nationals bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals

Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a Masters class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.

Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.

Weigh-ins will be conducted in KILOGRAMS and there is NO "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 64kg class must weigh in at 64.0kg or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.

Events and Rules

Log Clean and Press - Last Man Standing
The log will have a starting weight for your class. You will jump in when the log reaches that weight. Everyone will attempt each weight jump. You will have 30 sec. to complete a single rep. You must wait for the down command from the judge. If you do not make the lift, you are out, and your last successful lift will be your score for this event.
Knees, hips and elbows must be locked out to get a down command from the judge. Log must be guided down to the crash pads.
10lb jumps for women, 20lb jumps for men.
Equipment allowed: belts, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps, lifting shoes, grip shirt, chalk
Nothing sticky.

Car Deadlift
Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. You must wait for a down command from the judge on each rep. You may strap in before time starts but make it quick.
Exact cars to be lifted will be announced soon.
No Deadlift Suits
Equipment allowed: belts, stretchy briefs, elbow and knee sleeves, lifting straps, chalk
Nothing sticky.

Husafell Stone and Sandbag Carry
Athletes will have 60 seconds to carry a Husafell Stone and a Sandbag 50 feet. You will carry the husafell stone down 50 feet and then run back and grab the sandbag and carry it down 50 feet.
Equipment allowed: belts, elbow and knee sleeves, grip shirt, chalk
Nothing sticky.

Bag Toss
You will have 60 seconds to throw 5 sandbags over a bar behind you.
Bar heights: 12' for women, 15' for men.
Equipment allowed: belts, elbow and knee sleeves, grip shirt, chalk, lifting shoes
Nothing sticky.

Sandbag Load Over Bar
Athletes will 75 seconds to load a single sandbag over a yoke bar for as many reps as possible. You will go to each side of the yoke to continue loading the sandbag.
Equipment allowed: belts, elbow and knee sleeves, grip shirt, chalk, lifting shoes
Nothing sticky.
