Events:

1. 2.25” Crusher (FBBC) – 6” Lift

THE HEAVIEST ROTATING DL HANDLE OUT THERE. SOLID  STEEL, DRILLED THROUGH THE CENTER, WITH A LOADING HOOK. GRAB THIS THING & SEE WHAT AN ALL STEEL IMPLEMENT FEELS LIKE. USE FOR ONE HANDED DEADLIFTS, OR SOME REALLY TOUGH HERCULES HOLD HANDLES.

2. Hub (IronMind) – 6” Lift (freestyle)
We're not joshing about senior citizen Karl Norberg hauling up York 45s by the hub as a warm-up.

A staple at grip competitions worldwide and part of the Crushed-to-Dust! Challenge, the IronMind Hub lets you build and test your pinch grip in this classic feat of grip strength. The current hub pinch grip world records are*:

  • Men: Harri Tolonen at 44.80 kg (98.96 lb.) on 10 February 2019
  • Women: Mervi Pekki at 26.36 kg (58.11 lb.) on 3 February 2018

How do you compare? If you can do:

  • 30 lb. - average
  • 50 lb. - accomplished
  • 80 lb. - world-class

2-7/8" diameter gripping surface; crinkle finish.

3. 1 5/8" Thumb Blaster (Arm Assassin) – 6” Lift

  • created to isolate the thumb pressure required for pinching at various widths while reducing the risk of a thumb webbing tear
  • can be used for pinch and thick-bar training
  • thicknesses available 1 5/8", 2", 2 3/8"
  • Demonstration

  •

4. Little Big Horn (IronMind) – 6” Lift

Blacksmiths demonstrated their superior strength by lifting an anvil by the horn--the taper of the horn and the weight of the anvil tested one's grip to the limit. Now you can train progressively and conveniently and this test of grip strength.

An event favorite at grip competitions worldwide, the Little Big Horn current world records are*:

  • Men: Dmytro Potapenko at 108.30 kg/238 lb.) on 15 December 2018
  • Lyudmila Gaiduchenko at 75.15 kg/165.67 lb. on 2 March 2019

See how you compare: at the 2012 IronMind Record Breakers, Adam Glass hauled up 100 kg (220.5 lb.), what is now the de facto world record. If you can do:

  • 130 lb. - average
  • 155 lb. - accomplished
  • 175 lb. - world-class
  • 6" long x 3" in diameter at one end, tapering to 1-1/2". Use a loading pin (not included) for quick, easy weight changes.
