This is an unsanctioned Strongwoman Competition hosted by Lindsey Kilgo at American Family Fitness - Midlothian. Events include Axle Clean and Press, Sandbag Carry to Sled Drag, Stone Over Bar, Farmers Carry and Tire Flips. Weights and levels are set to be all inclusive for women of all fitness levels to come show their strength in this fun competition.

The competition will start at 9:00am and will be in the Edge Room upstairs at Am Fam Midlo.  Please arrive 30 minutes early to get settled in and start warming up.  I plan to start Event number 1 (The Axle Clean and Press) right at 9am.  We will go over rules and then have time before each event to warm up for that event. 

Spectators are welcome for Free. I will have a limited number of chairs set up so if you have a family member, coach or friend staying to watch the whole time make sure they get there early to claim a chair.  After all the chairs are taken it will be standing room only.
