More Information to Come

This will be an USS Show but stand by for more details.  The event’s will be as follows:

Event 1:

Overhead Medley:

Each competitor will have :60 seconds to clean and press an axle, a log, and then a keg for reps.  All reps will be lifted from the floor to an overhead position and will not be complete until given a down command from the judge.   A drop from overhead disrespect of equipment or any other blatant safety issues will result in an immediate zero in the event.

Event 2:

Max 18” Deadlift, Wessel’s Rule, Most likely with Hummer tires:

Jump in where you fit in.  Each competitor will have :60 to complete their lift and a max of three attempts.  If you miss an attempt then you’re out.  All reps must be controlled to the ground upon given a down command from their coach.  Failure to do so in the time allotted will result in a missed lift.

Event 3:

Conan’s Wheel, Max Distance

On the command “Go!” Each athlete will lift the lever in a zercher position and walk in a circle until they can’t take another step.  No drops allowed.  Event will be judged by distance and distance alone.  Gripping your clothing for extra grip IS NOT ALLOWED

Event 4:

Farmer Carry, 50 foot, HEAVY

On the command “Go!” Each athlete will carry their handles in a straight line for 50 feet.  Athletes will have a max time of :60 seconds to complete this.  Drops allowed.  Time will begin when the athlete pics the handles and end when the front of the handles cross the finish line.

Event 5:

Keg Over Bar, Max Reps :60 seconds

On the command “Go!” Each athlete will pick their keg off the ground and put it over the bar.  Each athlete will have :60 seconds to do this for as man reps as possible.  There will be a judge on the other side of the bar to help guide the weight down and roll it back to the athlete.  Athlete MAY choose someone to do this task for them. ]]
