Conan's Wheel - Athlete has 60 seconds to carry the wheel as many revolutions (as far as possible). Unlimited drops. Weights will be moderate-heavy for each weight class.
Max Log Press - Rising bar style. Each athlete has 3 total attempts.
Lumber Carry Medley - Wooden frame, wooden yoke, wooden farmers. Each carried 30 feet. Scored by the foot!
The weights posted for these are currently approximate as the implements themselves are still under construction. However we will be getting close to the listed weights. updates to come.
Hercules Hold - Hold for max time.
Sandbag Over Post - 2 sandbag options: heavy (3pts) and light (1pt). Athlete has 60 seconds to accumulate as many points as possible. We'll be loading both directions, so you'll need to go over/under/around the post for your next rep.
