Since 1952, MISS USA has been recognized as the country's most iconic pageant organization. The winner of Miss USA represents the United States of America each year at the MISS UNIVERSE® pageant. The organization will celebrate its 75th Anniversary in 2026.

Established in 1983, MISS TEEN USA® awards the national winner an academic scholarship, a prestigious modeling contract, brand ambassadorships, magazine appearances, leadership appearances and more.
