Yoke:
60’ straight run. No sliding in the field – There will be a penalty (5 seconds). Judge has final say on sliding. Front of yoke must cross the line for time to stop. This means the front of both feet of the yoke. No suits or briefs. Two belts, 1 soft, and one hard, may be worn. Shoes and shirt required. Knee/Elbow sleeves/wraps are permitted. Start under Yoke. 60 seconds to complete. 1 Drop. Time stops and measurement taken on 2nd drop or when the front of yoke crosses. We will go from Tall to Short - No Yoke Height changes.. DO NOT SLIDE ACROSS THE FINISH LINE
Log Clean and Press EACH Rep:
10” for Women, 12” for Men. Athletes may start with hands on the log. Athletes must clean and then press (viper, strict, push, jerk) and wait for down signal before lowering the implement under control to the The Cerberus Pads. DO NOT DROP THE LOG FROM THE TOP - REp will be lost. Soft/Hard Belt is fine - no built-up belts. Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves are fine - no elbow wraps. Any lock out issues must be presented to the judge ahead of time – if you miss a rep because you did not present any issue, then you just lose those reps and the time. If you do not hold until the judge gives you a down command (approx. 1 second), then you lose the rep. Good lockout consists of implement overhead, arms locked out, head through and looking forward (not up), and feet “parallel” with no stagger. Judge has final say in good reps. 60 Seconds.

Frame Deadlift:
Step in, wait for start command, strap in. Pick it up. Set it down. Commands on up and down. Good lockout consists of standing tall with hips through. No Soft Lock outs. Frame must be flat on the ground to get an up command. Suits or Deadlift briefs, not both. Straps, not hooks. Figure 8 okay. The hand must be around the handle - cannot be dangling from wrists. Knee sleeves or wraps. 1 soft and 1 hard belt allowed. Handle height same as frame carry. 70 Seconds total time, including strap in. Athletes will strap in at start of clock so be ready. You are responsible for your own strap in and salts etc - NO HELP on the floor.
Sandbag Toss:
Throw the sandbags over the bar. No straps or tacky... yes… someone will ask. Bags start on mats 20 feet in front of the yoke / crossbar. Throw bags in ascending order. Splits/time taken when bag successfully clears the crossbar(10’ wide) and LANDS – no thud, no count. You can move One bag at a time and only the one you are throwing from the starting position to your throwing position once the clock has started. Bags will start 20' from the bar. Bags must be thrown from the side they are set up on (yes I have to state that). 60 seconds. If the bag has not landed before time, then it does not count. If an athlete misses, they must retrieve their own bag and return to the throwing position.
