Saturday May 8th, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Rules meeting is at 9:00 a.m.
First event starts at 9:30 a.m.

We are capping off at 80 competitors for the event.

$80 competitor registration fee.

Registering after April 8th will not promise an event shirt with your purchase.
Registering after May 1st will be an extra $20 fee on top of your registration fee.

Include t-shirt size and weight class division in payment.
No refunds after payment is received.

You must have a membership card prior to competing to gain access to competition. Membership Cards are available day of competition and during weigh-ins. Please purchase before day of competition to make my life easier.

EVENTS:
1. Max 14" TDB deadlift
2. Axle C&P for max reps in 60 seconds
3. Yoke & Keg carry medley
4. Hercules Hold for max time

Men:
Event 1: 14" Texas Deadlift Bar
Unlimited attempts but miss 1 attempt and you're out. Each Athlete will be given 30 seconds for each attempt. Last successful attempt will count towards score. straps and belts allowed. NO SUITS ALLOWED. Athletes must wear shoes of some type. Athletes must have knees, hips, and shoulders locked out before the head judge is allowed to give them the down command.

Event 2: Axle C&P for Reps in 60 seconds
Athletes will receive a start command then begin to clean & press for max reps in 60 seconds. Athletes must wait until knees and elbows are locked out and they have control of the bar for each rep before given the down command by the head judge. Every rep that is not controlled back down to the floor after each rep will not be counted.

Event 3: Yoke/Keg Medley 50ft/50ft
Athletes will carry the yoke 50ft down once given the start command and cross the yoke over the 50ft line before being able to pick the keg up and carry it back another 50ft the way they came. Time will stop once the keg has crossed the line and is set down standing straight up. Time will not stop until keg is set up straight up.
No tacky or knee wraps allowed. Belts, Knee sleeves and gloves are allowed.

Event 4: Hercules Hold
Athletes will hold each handles for max time once given the start command from the head judge.
Weight will be announced the day of competition and it will be heavy so do whatever you need to do to train that grip. 
No straps or tacky allowed.
Belts allowed.
