ELIGIBILITY

The main requirement to enter this competition is to have an active membership with United States Strongman at the time of the event. To apply, please register online.

ENTRY FEES

Contest entry is $90 ($70 for early registration). No refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. Spectator entry is $10 (charged at the door).

REGISTRATION

Event registration will close on April 20, 2024. All late registrations will incur a $20 fee.

IMPLEMENTS

1. Axle Bar Deadlift (with wagon wheels) - Each athlete will get three attempts for a one rep max. Athletes are scored on the maximum weight lifted.
2. Press Event
   • Log Press (women) - Fixed weight (based on division and weight class). Athletes are scored on the total number of repetitions in one minute.
   • Circus Dumbbell (men) - Fixed weight. Athletes are scored on the total number of repetitions in one minute.
3. Atlas Stones - Fixed weight (based on division and weight class). Athletes are scored on the fastest time to load all four stones.
4. Carry Event
   • Farmer's Carry (women) - Fixed weight (based on division and weight class). Athletes are scored based on the fastest time (or total distance if they cannot complete all 100 feet).
   • Húsafell Stone (men) - Fixed weight (200 lbs.). Athletes are scored based on the fastest time (or total distance if they cannot complete all 100 feet).
5. Yoke Carry - Fixed weight (based on division and weight class). Athletes are scored based on the fastest time (or total distance if they cannot complete all 100 feet).

UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT

Allowed – Wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves, singlets, belts, grip shirts, chalk, and gloves.

Not Allowed – Squat/deadlift suits, knee wraps, bench press shirts. TACKY IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE DURING THIS COMPETITION.

AWARDS

The top three places in each division and weight class (by gender) will receive awards.

QUALIFYING STEPS

The winners of each novice and master's division and the top three finishers in each open division will qualify for the 2025 Nationals in Charlotte, NC.

RULES

The rules, guidelines, and criteria for each event will be communicated prior to the start of the competition.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Weight classes and divisions may be combined depending on the number of competitors.
