Weighins/checkins will be Friday at Music City Muscle from 8am until 4pm, then on Saturday from from Noon till 3pm at the Rusty Nail. Message me at 6159775447 to let me know when you can make it if its not within these times. Rules are 330pm. This Competition will begin at 4pm. We will compete, then continue right into the after party at the same venue. there will be burgers and other food available from the venue. Vendors will be set up. A strongman corporation membership is required. This competition will be held on sand.

This is a Strongman Corporation qualifier for regionals/Nationals. 

Viking Press = Using the Conans/viking combo. Standing on blocks or a mat, 60 sec time cap. You can reset as many times as possible. Double dips or "jerks" WILL be allowed. It can be set down and repicked. 

Car deadlift = Not actually using a car, using the same conan's/viking combo. Standing on Blocks, height will be a 18" pick with front cross bar. No suits. Straps allowed. There will be an "UP" and "DOWN" call.

Conan's Wheel = 60 sec time cap, One single attempt for max distance. If you pick it and don't move, you can repick. But once you've moved forward at all, when you set it down then your turn is done.

Arm over Arm = The implement will be a kayak being pulled on the sand. Women will pull a male middleweight athlete, men will pull a male heavyweight athlete. You will be sitting inside of a large tire to pull from. 

Bull in the ring = The setup will look like sumo wrestling, but instead of pushing each other out of the ring, the athletes will be holding onto a wooden gymnastics ring. This is about pulling, not pushing. The match is over when one athlete has pulled the other outside of the ring. You may exit the ring if you're the one in control pulling you're competitor moving backwards. If you leave the ring facing forward, you're out. The match is also over if you pull the ring out of both of your competitors hands. It will be the best 2 out 3 matches. You will get 1 point for every win.
