*This is a USS sanctioned event. All athletes must have a current 2021 USS membership.

Weigh-ins: Will be held on May 1st at JD's Gym (3542 Lemay Ferry Road Saint Louis, MO 63125) from 9am-8pm and then from 8am-9am at the competition venue (Dean Team) on the day of the competition. 

Free Parking: On the lot in the front of the building. The competition will be held at the used car center on the left. There is no fee for spectators. 

Event Rules:

1) Car Frame Press: While lying on his/her back, the athlete will press to the fully locked out position. The athlete must wait for the judge to issue a down command to receive credit for a rep. There is no start command after the first rep. Most reps in a minute wins. Wrist wraps, belts, and elbow sleeves allowed.

2) Car Deadlift: After given the start command, the athlete will pull the frame into a fully locked out position. The athlete must wait for the judge to issue a down command to receive credit for a rep. There will be no "up" command after the first rep. Most reps in a minute wins. Straps, deadlift suits, belts, knee and elbow sleeves allowed. No tacky and the athlete's hand must be touching the frame at all times. 

3) Car/Truck Push Medley: The athlete will push three vehicles increasing in size for approximately 50 feet each. The vehicles will be staggered so the athlete will move from one to the next as fast as possible. Fastest time wins (one minute time cap). 

4) Head to Head Hercules Hold: Once the athlete receives the start command, he/she will hold the handles for as long as possible. Longest time wins. No tacky or straps allowed.
