ALL ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED BY USS THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Event is open to anyone who placed top 3 at 165, 181, Masters 105, 220, and 242 at Nationals and any previous podium worlds competitors.

Event will take place at Sweetz Brew Cold Brew Coffee House in Gilbert, AZ. There will be plenty of room for the event, spectators, and vendors. Sweetz Brew will have breakfast, coffee, wine, beer, and liquor available for purchase. 

Event One OH Ladder - 

Athlete will complete one press each of Circus Dumbbell, Sandbag, Keg, Axle and Log. Time will be the time that the down command is given on the log. More info to be provided including weights

Odd Object Load and Drag

Athlete will pick and carry in order, Sandbag, Fire Hydrant and Keg 30' to sled and then drag sled to start line

Double Overhand Axle Wagon Wheel Deadlift

Wessell Rules - 3 Attempts. Rising Bar. No straps. Double overhand deadlift. Traditional Deadlift only. No suits

Husafell Stone Front Hold. 

Athlete will pick the husafell from the ground. Time starts when athletes knees hips and shoulders are all in line. Athlete must remain vertical with no lean back. Athlete will hold the hussy on their chest as long as possible. Clock will stop once hussy makes contact with the ground or athlete breaks from vertical standing position. 

Stone Loads Over

Athlete will have 60 seconds to load 5 stones over a 54" yoke crossbar. Clock stops when last stone is clear of the crossbar and athletes hands and body are not making contact.
