Directions
Parking and gym entrance are located behind GenFed Credit Union on Lyman St. Look for the Grizzly Strength gym sign and there is a bridge that leads to the entrance of the gym.

Check In
Try to arrive at least 30 minutes before start time. If you would like to weigh in the day before, please let me know and I will make accommodations. Friends, family, and spectators are free to watch.

Event 1: Double Overhand Axle (Max Weight)
Athlete will have 60 seconds to successfully double overhand grip an axle bar and lift it to lockout until a judge gives a down command. Lifter will have 3 attempts and will have the option to lift sumo or conventional stance.
Allowed: Chalk, belt, can pull sumo or conventional

Event 2: Thors Hammer Hold (For Time)
Athlete will raise the hammer from the floor using one hand, holding the handle with the hammer head towards the ground. Once the athlete has lifted the hammer, a timer will start. Longest time held wins.

Event 3: Gorilla Grip Machine (For Reps)
Athlete will have 60 seconds to squeeze the grip machine together as many times as they can. Grip bars MUST make contact in order to count, no partial reps.

Event 4: Dinnie Stone Handles (For Time)
Athlete's time will start once they are in lockout position. These handles were made to mimic the famous Dinnie Stones but are plate loaded.
Allowed: Chalk, belt
