WEIGH-INS: Saturday from 7:30-8:30am, Friday 9-11am at Rocking Boot Camp in Foley, 5-7pm at The Hangout

Women Novice

EVENTS: 

1. Log/Keg press Medley: Athletes will have to clean once and press 3 reps on log and then clean and press as many reps as possible on the keg for the remaining time. Max reps in the 60 second time limit
2. Frame Deadlift: Athletes will deadlift the frame for as many reps as possible in 60 secs.  Must wait for up and down calls.  Straps allowed, no suits or briefs. Athlete will strap in on their time once judge says go.
3. Sandbag to shoulder: Athletes will pick and shoulder 3 sandbags from lightest to heaviest. Must wait for down call, and have to show control with only 1 hand/arm on the bag.  60 sec time limit, fastest time wins. 
4. H-stone/Duck walk Medley:  -Athletes will pick and carry the H-stone from the floor and carry it 50ft and run back and grab the duck walk and carry it 50ft.  60 sec time limit. 
5. Keg load for height: Athletes will have 3 attempts to load a keg as high as possible. Wessel rules apply, miss and you are done.  You will have :30 secs per attempt. Gloves and grip shirts are allowed.No Tacky, and you may not grab the yoke to assist in your load. (Men’s bar is starting at 52inch and Women bar is starting at 46inch, you may jump in and out as you wish)
