EVENTS (not in order): 

1. Log press laddar: Athletes will clean and press each log in order from lightest to heaviest.One rep each log, must wait for down command.  Split times will be taken or a total time if all logs are pressed.  75 second time limit.
2. Axle Deadlift (heavy or lighter): Athletes will deadlift an axle for reps.  There will be a lighter axle and a heavier axle.  Any reps with the heavier axle with beat multiple reps with the lighter axle. Straps allowed, no suits or briefs. Athlete will strap in on their time once judge says go.
3. Iron cross/Fire hydrant/Pylon carry medley: Athletes will pick and carry the iron cross 40ft and place it on the mat standing up, they will then run back and pick up a fire hydrant 40 ft and place on mat standing up, will run back and grab the pylon, carry it 40 ft and place on the mat standing up.  All implements must be standing up on the mat.  60 sec time limit. Gloves and grip shirts are ok, no tacky of any kind, including, but not limited to, spray tacky, tacky towels and stone tacky.
4. Tug of War:  -Athletes will face each other and try to get their opponent/flag to the other side of the line.  It will run bracket style.  More info to follow. There will be a video on the facebook event page. This event will be in the sand.
5. Stones over bar: Athletes will pick and load the lighter stone and then pick and load the heavier stone over bar for as many reps as possible in 60 secs.Athlete will go back and forth between the lighter stone and heavier stone.  Height will be about 50 for women and 52 for men. Tacky is allowed.

AWARDS:   Top 3 in each class

Team Competition:  

4 person team, $100 per team entry.  cash or paypal only.  We will add the overall place each team member finishes together and lowest score wins.  No more the 2 people in one class, can be any combination from women or men and in any class.  (ex: one team has a 1st, 12th, 3rd and 4th that team would score of 20). pay out will be 70% for winning team,  20% for 2nd place and 10% for 3rd.
