Wellcome all competitors, family, friends, vendors, sponsors, helpers, and spectators to the The All American Strongman Games taking place at the Southshore Bay Lagoon right outside of the Tampa Bay Area. (originally was supposed in St. Pete Beach Florida but due to recent storms most sites on the beach were destroyed and was not going to be ready in time for this event).

Competitors will have free entry to the Park. Family and friends can enter by purchasing their entry ticket to the lagoon on their website.

Location: At The Southshore Bay Lagoon from 9:30am to 10:30am followed by the rules meeting.

Rules Meeting: 

10:45am under Athlete Personnel Tent 

Spectator Information: Family and friends can enter by purchasing their entry ticket to the lagoon on their website.

All entries must be submitted by November 5th, 2024, at 11:59PM.  Iron Podium is the only form of entry. Order of entry does matter.  No refunds will be issued.

ALL ATHLETES MUST OBTAIN USS MEMBERSHIP EITHER AT REGISTRATION OR AT CHECK IN.  CAN NOT COMPETE WITHOUT MEMEBERSHIP!

EVENT RULES:  *Subject to change - all current information listed here & updated if there are changes.

FOR ALL EVENTS:

1. Competition shirt or Competition Grip shirt MUST be worn (EXCEPT for stones)
2. No Strongman Corp. Grip Shirt!!!
3. No bare feet (must have at least socks on)
4. No tacky or sticky substance (EXCEPT for stones)
5. There will be a designated tacky removal area!!
6. All Novice classes NO DEADLIFT SUITS OR BRIEFS ALLOWED!
7. All Open classes NO DEADLIFT SUITS OR BRIEFS ALLOWED!
8. Any athlete who leaks any body fluids (blood, urine, vomit, etc.) on the competition field must help clean it up!

Strongman Events: Weights and more information will be released at a later date

Event 1: Hercules Hold

Scoring: Time until athlete releases the handles of the Hercules apparatus.

Event 2: Keg Toss for distance

Scoring: Distance thrown.

Rules: Athlete will have 3 attempts to throw keg as far as possible. Distance will be measured from throwing line to the where keg first lands (closest to throwing line). All women will be throwing a 1/4 barrel weighing 17lbs. All men will be throwing a 1/2 barrel weighing 28lbs. Throws will be done overhead. Athlete cannot step pass the throwing line. Passing the throwing line scratches that throw attempt.

Event 3: Fingal Fingers

Score: Time and/or number of Fingal Fingers flipped. 60 second time limit. If time expires and athlete has the pole off the ground, the athlete may complete that flip. Once each pole hits the ground, the time is written until all poles are flipped or time expires.

Event 4: Deadlift

Scoring: Number of reps.

Rules: Athlete will deadlift beginning weight as assigned per weight division. An additional barrel (weighing 48lbs each) will be loaded after each deadlift rep until all 5 barrels (6 total reps) are accomplished for time or until time runs out. Athlete has 60 seconds to complete.

Event 5: Power Stairs

Scoring: Time and/or number of stairs accomplished. Weight will be placed 50 feet from the stairs platform. Athlete will carry the designed weight for his/her weight class from the start line to the platform then carry weight up each step until time expires or athlete reaches the top. Athletes have 90 seconds to complete.

Event 6: Atlas Stones

Scoring: Time and/or number of stones placed on platform
