Athlete Meeting/ Warm-Ups- 9:00am

Event Start- 10:00am

Circus DB Clean & Press: Clean and Press for max reps in 60 sec duration. DB must touch the floor under control with each rep with a full lockout (Knees and elbow) at the top receiving a "Down Command" for a good lift.

Equipment: Wrist Wraps (multiple), Elbow Sleeves, Elbow wraps, Knee sleeves, Belt (Double), Chalk

Equipment NOT allowed: Tacky, Tacky Towel, Briefs or Suit, Straps

Max Wagon Wheel Deadlift: Bar will be a deadlift bar at a 13" height. Weight will start at 205lbs and increase in 20 lb. increments. Each athlete gets 3 attempts. Jump in at your desired weight. Athlete will receive a "Down" command for a good lift.  

Equipment: Lifting Straps, Wrist Wraps, Elbow Sleeves, Belt (Double), Knee Sleeves, Briefs up  to 3 Ply, Deadlift or Squat Suit up to 3 Ply, Combo of Briefs and Suit up to 3 ply each, Chalk

Equipment NOT allowed: Knee wraps, Tacky, Tacky Towel

Crucifix Hold: The athletes back  will be against a board with feet inside a box on the floor and knees locked out. Athlete will hold  a steel mace in each arm out to the sides at 90 deg to the body for max duration.  

Equipment: Belt (Double), Knee Sleeves, Chalk

Equipment NOT allowed:

Wrist wraps, Elbow sleeves, Elbow wraps, Tacky, Tacky Towel, Briefs, Suit, Straps

Husafell Carry: Athlete will pick the Husefell from the floor and walk for 60 Sec. Husafell must be placed upright on the floor when complete. If it is dropped over, the athlete must stand it upright for event to be scored.

Equipment: Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, belt (Double), knee sleeves, chalk

Equipment NOT allowed:

Tacky, Tacky Towel, Briefs, Suit

Hand over Hand Sled Pull: Athlete will be seated on a tire. When receiving the "Start" command they will pull a weighted sled by rope, hand over hand for 60ft for fasted time. 90 sec time limit. Athletes must be in a seated position and must remain within the diameter of the tire. Butt and feet may lift from the tire during pulling.  

Equipment: Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, belt (Double), knee sleeves, chalk

Equipment NOT allowed:

Tacky, Tacky Towel, Briefs, Suit, Knee wraps
