Weigh-ins will be held on Friday, June 28 from 10am-noon and 5pm-7pm. Morning weigh-ins will be held between 7:30am-8am morning of show (June 29).

You must be a USS member (which can only be purchased online at www.unitedstatesstrongman.com BEFORE weigh-ins).

There will be an entry fee for all non-competitors at the door. The fee covers entry into the entire expo. Cost is $20.00.

Rules meeting will be held at 8:30am. Show starts at 9:00am.

Please be prepared for downtime between events as we are syncing our show with two or three others who are also a part of the expo. Food will be for sale on-site.

Arkansas Strongest 2024 Event Rules

Conan’s Wheel:

Athlete will start with hands off implement. At judge’s GO command, athlete will pick up Conan’s wheel handle and Zercher carry around center axis for max distance in 90 seconds. The arm of the Conan’s Wheel is not allowed to sit at and/or above shoulder height and must be carried in Zercher position. No support gear, such as straps or suits, is allowed. Belts, sleeves, and chalk are allowed. No grip shirts or grip aids allowed. Unlimited drops.

Truck Pull:

Athletes will wear a harness and pull a truck 60 feet for fastest time with a rope assist. 60 second time limit.  Distance will be taken if the athlete cannot complete the course. All supportive equipment/tacky is allowed.

Stongman Cornhole:

At “Go” command, athlete will throw 3 sandbags with 3 different weights from a line (15ft for women and 20ft for men) into a big tire. Athletes can do whatever they need to behind the line, but feet cannot pass the line within reason. (little toe touch is fine, but an entire foot is not). Only thing on the hands allowed is chalk. No suits. All normal supportive neoprene gear and belts are fine. No tacky or straps of any kind. 60 second time limit.

Husafell/Sandbag Medley:

Athlete will carry a Husafell 40ft down and Sandbag 40ft back for time. The implement will start behind the line on the floor (hands off) and needs to be placed upright on a mat and behind the line at the end of the carry. Time stops when the sandbag is dropped on the mat, behind the line, and hands off the implement. Time is capped at 60 sec. Unlimited drops allowed. Allowed Equipment: belt, chalk (liquid or powder), knee sleeves/wraps, elbows sleeves, and grip shirts allowed. NO TACKY allowed.

Truck Deadlift:

Athlete will start with hands off implement. At the judge’s “go” command, athlete will have 60 seconds to perform as many deadlift reps as possible. Athlete must be fully locked out for lift to count. There will be a ‘down’ command. All supportive equipment/chalk is fine! NO TACKY!
