Come join us for a fun morning of Armlifting with Anna Wilkins at X-Factor Athletic Performance.  Anna is the Director of Women’s Division for Armlifting USA.  We are lucky enough that Anna lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia and has offered to teach this seminar to introduce more people to the sport. 

Anna competed in her first Armlifting competition in 2019.  She had such a great time with the other athletes and they were all so supportive that she fell in love with the sport.  Anna currently holds 1st place in the 60kg women's Saxon Bar Deadlift and 2nd place in the Axel Deadlift and Rolling Thunder events for this seasons rankings in the United States. She also competed in Armlifting at this year's Arnold's Sports Festival.  

Anna will bring implements that will be used in the upcoming Armlifting USA World Super Series competitions. She will go over the lifts and everyone will have chance to try them out. These include the 2” Raptor, Grip Genie Hilt, Grip Genie Hub, and a Saxon Bar. 

She will also go over a couple things that she does to help train her grip that will help increase your lifts!  Seminar will last about 90 minutes. 

Following our Armlifting session, Floptarts food truck will be offering optional boxed lunches for $10. Payment will need to be made on the day of the event to Floptarts and is not included in the seminar fee. Lunches will include your choice of floptart, plus chips, cookies and a drink. They do need to be preordered to insure we have enough. To order please use T-shirt size to indicate choice.*
