Weigh Ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 8-9:15am at Avenger Athletics

(Strongman Corp. membership REQUIRED for all competitors. Available to purchase at the show.)
Awards:
Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. 1st of each open class qualifies for 2021 Nationals as long as each class has 5 competitors.
Refunds/Transfers:
There are NO refunds or entry transfers.
Athlete Cap: As of now, there is a 50 athlete cap. This could increase as Summer time comes.

1. Max 1 Arm Ground to OH Press, Rigoulot movement
--No stopping at shoulder, Oly Barbell
Scoring: Max Weight + Attempts
2. Dinnie Stones/Weights
--Two different weights
--Max attempt
Scoring: Max Weight + Attempts
3. CDB/DB, Max Reps in 60s
--Set weight
Scoring: Max Reps
4. Front Handle Car DL, Max reps in 60s
--Up and Down Commands
--Suits & Straps allowed
Scoring: Max Reps
5. Hold Medley; Plate pinch, Crucifix Hammer, Yoke Hold
--Max time, 15s transition in between
--Wait for go command on all three
--15s transition will be removed at the end for hold time only
