Rules:

Log Press for MAX-

Powerlifting style. Athlete will pick 3 attempts to obtain max log weight. First attempt must be submitted at time of weigh-ins. Athlete will be given 60 seconds from time of “weight ready” to complete a full clean and press rep. Athlete must show control at lock out and wait for “DOWN” command. Highest weight lifted successfully wins.

Allowed Equipment:

Grip Shirts, Belts (soft/ hard/ combination), Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves, Wrist Wraps, Compression Shorts, Chalk

Not Allowed Equipment:

Tacky of Any Kind

Axle Deadlift for Reps-

Athlete will get a “START” command, the athlete will complete as many repetitions as possible in a 60 second time limit. Athlete can start hands off or strapped in. Athlete must wait for “DOWN” command. Any attempt not locked out or did not wait for command will be given “NO REP”.  Most reps in 60 seconds wins.

Allowed Equipment:

Deadlift Suits, Briefs, Straps/ Figure 8’s, Baby Powder- must be applied in designated area, Compression Shorts, Belts (soft/hard/combination), Knee Sleeves, Elbow Sleeves

Not Allowed Equipment:

Tacky of Any Kind

Truck Pull-

Athlete will pull the vehicle in a truck pull harness with a lead rope 60 feet. Athlete will be given “Start” command and a “Finished” command. If the vehicle does not make the length of course, distance will be used as score. Furthest pull or quickest finish wins. Weights will be added to vehicles to increase difficulty between weight classes.

Compression Shorts, Gloves, Climbing Shoes/ Work Boots/ Trainers/ etc., Chalk, Belts (soft/ hard/ combination), Knee Sleeves, Elbow Sleeves

Not Allowed Equipment:

Tacky of Any Kind

Husafell Carry for MAX Distance-

Athlete will pick the Husafell from the ground and carry for max distance. There will be a 60-foot course, which means a turn every 60 feet. One foot must break the line at the turn, the entire body does not need to cross.  Furthest distance wins.

Allowed Equipment:

Grip Shirts, Chalk, Belts (soft/ hard/ combination), Stick-Em Spray, Tacky Towels, Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves

Not Allowed Equipment:

Resin Tacky

Stone Series-

Athlete will start with hand on the platform. A “START” command will be given. Athlete must pick and load each stone to the platform in front of stone. There will be a 60 second time limit to complete event. Most stones loaded or quickest completion wins.

Grip Shirts, Chalk, Belts (soft/ hard/ combination), Stick-Em Spray, Tacky Towels, Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves, Resin Tacky

Not Allowed Equipment:

If it isn't specified above, it isn't allowed!

Awards: Katana Swords for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places

Spectator fee $10 at the door $25 family
