LW Men 181.4 and below 

MW Men 181.5-220.4

HW Men 220.5-275.4

SHW Men 275.5 and above

WOMEN-

LW Women 132.4 and below 

MW Women 132.5-165.4

HW Women 165.5-198.4

SHW Women 198.5 and above 

Novice Men  and masters (all weights)

Top 3 places in open class and 1st place in Novice  qualifies for nationals in June 2023.

Awards will be given to top 3 in every class.

Spectator fee $5.00

No limit on spectators but practicing social distancing is advised. Masks are not required and are to be worn at your own discretion.

*Carry and Load Medley (natural stone, keg, sandbag)

*Yoke to Frame Carry (50ft/50ft)

*Sandbag Throw over bar ( 3 bags)

* Car Deadlift (front handle) 

WEIGH INS: Friday 8/26 9am-11am and 5pm-6pm @ Heinstrong Gym 172 Bissets Lane, Bloomsburg Pa 17815

 and Saturday 8/27 8am-9am at Lime Ridge Fire Co (event venue)

*RULES 

ALL RULES AND WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

*Axle clean and press ladder- ( 3 bars) Athlete will start with hands off bar and when told Go will clean and press any way possible to an overhead locked position with elbows locked showing control. After the first lift command each athlete will only be given a down command not an up command. complete the ladder of 3 bars as fast as possible . time will stop at last down command. 60 seconds time frame. Allowed- belts, sleeves,chalk, wrist wraps, grip shirts . NO tacky or straps

*Carry and Load Medley- (natural stone, keg, sandbag) Athlete will have 60 seconds to carry and load 3 implements to a platform as fast as possible. Implements will be placed 20 feet away in a line . Athlete will starts with hands off first implement but will be allowed to pre adjust the natural stone for their pick. Allowed- belts, sleeves, chalk, grip shirt, wrist wraps  NO tacky

*Yoke to Frame Carry- (50ft/50ft) Athlete will have 90 seconds to carry a yoke 50 feet , front of yoke passing the line then transfer to a frame and pick and carry 50 feet until front of implement passes the line. unlimited drops allowed . allowed - belts, sleeves, chalk grip shirt NO straps NO SC NO OSG grip shirts

*Sandbag Throw over bar -( 3 bags) Athlete will have 60 seconds to to pick and throw 3 sandbags up over a bar starting with hands off first bag . Bags must be thrown over head and you will have as many attempts needed until time runs out. Athlete  must complete bags in order and if you can't pass one weight you can not continue.  Heights will be 13ft. for women and 15ft. for men(may change during testing) . Allowed - chalk, wrist wraps, belts NO Tacky 

* Car Deadlift  -  Athlete will have 60 second to rep out a front handle car deadlift implement with either a tire or vehicle on the backside. weight will be added to classes upon testing . Athlete will start with hands on implement , strapped in or not. No Baby oil , suits or tacky
