Viking Press - 60 Sec

The athlete will stand facing toward the apparatus and attempt as many reps as possible. You will be given a down command after  EVERY completed rep. Push presses are allowed. NO PUSH JERKS / DOUBLE DIPS will be allowed. Once the time expires or the apparatus touches the ground your turn is over. 

Belts, wrist wraps elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, chalk

Wagon wheel Deadlift- 60sec

Mens and womens divisions will complete separately. Last man standing. Miss an attempt and you're out. Athletes DO NOT need to take every weight called. Jump in when you want to go and let's see who can pull the mostweight! Multiple weight classes will be in the same lane on the same bar. 

Men will open with 315lbs with 20# "jumps" 

Women will open with 225lbs with 10# "jumps" 

*Heaviest Male and Female pull (regardless of class) will win CASH MONEY!!

 NO SUMO, NO SUITS 

Truck haul- athletes will sit at one end of the lane side by side, in a seated  position with the their feet against a brace. Athlete may start with tension on the hauling rope. At the judges command athletes will pull the truck as fast as they can, fastest time in each weight class wins

Stone over bar-Athletes will have 60secs to pick and carry the stone 20ft to a yoke rack and lift the stone over the bar for as many reps as possible until time runs out, most reps wins.

Hercules hold- Athletes will hold the handles of the apparatus in each hand, on the judges command the weight will be released and the athletes will hold for as long as they can, longest hold wins. No Hook Grip
