Big Country Throwdown Meet Tee – Heathen Training Apparel

Wagon wheel Deadlift; Same as last year heaviest deadlift of the men and women's classes wins the cash prize 

Men: Opener 315

Women Opener: 225

Masters competitors will choose their openers

RULES: Straps (figure 8's too), Chalk, Belt ALLOWED/ NO TACKY, NO SUITS

Viking press (listed weights are all openers) it is a max weight event highest weight wins. (athletes will be facing implement)

RULES: all athletes must lock out completely, no double dipping, NO ELBOW WRAPS/ ALLOWED wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belt, chalk.

Hussafel carry will be same weight as your weight class (example: 220 competitors carry 220 lbs). we will be using a Titan plate loaded Hussafel fastest 60ft carry wins. 

RULES: Forearm wraps, chalk, gloves, grip shirt, belt ALLOWED/ Tacky, any grip support aside from the previously listed NOT ALLOWED

Tug-O-War athletes will be each grab one end of the rope where there will be a ribbon tied in the middle,1 minute time limit, the first athlete to pull the ribbon passed there mark wins, if it is an even fight the winner will be determined by whos side the ribbon is closest to. 

RULES: Hiking style shoes, Chalk, Gloves ALLOWED/ NO CLEATS, NO TACKY, NO WRAPPING THE ROPE AROUND YOU AND SITTING BACK 

Truck Crawl athletes will put on a harness and face away from the truck, place hands on a pulling rope and pull the truck. Fastest time wins 

RULES: Gloves, Chalk, Hiking Style shoes, Knee sleeves ALLOWED/ NO TACKY
