Arm-over-Arm Truck Pull
Athletes will grab a thick rope, starting in a standing or seated position and pull the truck for 50 feet.
Athlete will begin standing or seated on a large tire, rope in hands. When given the "START" command, the athlete will pull the truck hand over hand until the front bumper of the vehicle crosses the finish line. Time begins when the "START" command is given. Time stops when the vehicle's front bumper crosses the finish line.
Allowed: Chalk, liquid chalk, gloves, belts, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves.
Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.
Circus DB C&P
Athletes will clean and press a circus dumbbell for max reps in a minute.
C&P (clean & press) each rep.
Athlete must start with the implement on the ground, hands off the implement. Once given the start command, the athlete may use two hands to pick up the CDB and bring it to the pressing shoulder, but must remove support hand before any perceived pressing motion begins. Single hand snatches from the ground are allowed as long as the support hand does not touch the implement on the way up or during a lockout attempt.
Athletes must bring the CDB down below waist level, but the implement does NOT have to touch the ground each rep.
Each rep will be counted once he CDB is pressed single handed overhead and the athlete shows control with elbow, hips, and knees locked out. Failure to lock out will result in a "no rep". Failure to wait for the down command will result in a "no rep." Any rule violation can result in a "no rep" and after one warning, can result in a zero for the event.
"Tree topping" (dropping the implement from overhead) will result in a zero for the event. There will be no warnings.
Allowed: Chalk, liquid chalk, belts, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves.
Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.
Strongman Battle
Best 2 out of 3.

for reference: Link
Allowed: Gloves, chalk, liquid chalk, belts, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves.
Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, cleats, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.
Death Medley: Tire Flip to Drag
Flip a Tire for 50 ft followed by a 50 ft tire drag.
Athletes will start at the larger tire. When given the "START" command, athletes choose to either begin their event by flipping the tire or running down to the smaller tire and starting there. You DO NOT have to finish one implement before beginning the other. You can choose to stop 1 event and go to the other to obtain maximum distance. Ex- If you get half way down the field with the Tire and cannot seem to continue, you can opt to go to the sled and finish the race. Measurement will the be taken.
Allowed: Gloves, chalk, liquid chalk, belts, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves.
Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, cleats, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.
Farmer Hold for Max Time
Each athlete will begin positioned between a set of farmer's handles. You can start with hands on the implement, and will be given the "START" command. Time begins when at least one of the implements are lifted from the ground in any perceivable way; so if you start to lift the farmer's handles and set them back down immediately to regrip, that counts as your event time and you do not get another attempt.
The implements will be lifted from the ground and held in the athlete's hands for max time. The athlete will stand erect with hips, and knees extended. No resting the implements against the legs or "hooking" the implements on any article of clothing or equipment to gain an advantage.
Time stops when the athlete loses his/her grip on at least one implement and any part of either implement touches the ground.
Allowed: Gloves, chalk, liquid chalk, belts, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves.
Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.
