Event 1: Sandbag Overhead Press; Athlete will start with 25 lbs bag for women, 50 lbs for men and press each bag in 25lbs jumps. The bags will be on the floor lined up. Max bag pressed will win the event. You will have a maximum of 30 seconds per bag.  Equipment allowed hard and soft belt, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, knee sleeves. NO TACKY.

Event 2: Husafel Carry; This will be a steel Husafel. Pick from the ground and carry for max distance for 60 seconds. Equipment allowed knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, forearm sleeves. NO TACKY. 

Event 3: Raw Deadlift; This is a max raw deadlift. 3 attempts. If you miss your attempt you can't go down in weight. Opening attempt must be given day before. Equipment allowed hard or soft belt not both. deadlift socks or calf sleeves. Regular straps. Equipment not allowed; deadlift suit, deadlift briefs, figure 8s. 

Event 4: Silver Dollar Max Squat; 3 attempts for your best squat. Blocks will be set for your height. Squat till both silver dollar attachments touch the blocks / pads, which will be parallel. If you miss your attempt you can't go down in weight. Opening attempt must be given day before. Equipment allowed; knee sleeves or wraps, squat suit, hard and soft belts. 

Event 5: Wrecking Ball Hold;
