VIKING PRESS: 

Athlete will have 60 seconds to do as many reps as possible.  

Athlete will have hands on bar and then get the go command. 

Height will be adjusted so that you will have about 8 inches of clearance to allow for leg drive.

 You can set the weight down to rest. 

Allowed- soft belt and hard belt, sleeves, and wrist wraps.

Barrels are approximately 100 pounds each

 NO TACKY, NO DOUBLE DIPPING

18" DEADLIFT:

This is max weight. 3 attempts.

Competitors can come in at any point above opening weight.

Miss a lift and you're done. 

We will be using a rogue power bar and silver dollar simulators from Granite Fitness. 

Wessel rules  

Allowed, soft belt and hard belt, knee sleeves, straps, deadlift suit, and knee wraps. 

NO TACKY, NO SUMO

Cash prize for best overall Male and Female deadlifter. Will be calculated by dividing max weight lifted by bodyweight .

SANDBAG TOSS FOR HEIGHT:

Last man standing, 60 seconds per toss. Miss within the time and you are done.

Women's height set at 8' and Men's height set at 10'

Allowed, wrist wraps and sleeves. 

NO TACKY.

WHISKEY BARREL SQUAT: 

Athlete has 60 seconds to get as many reps as possible. 

Athlete will start from parallel.

Athlete can get set under bar then will get the go command.  

Touch and go, must wait for down command.

Barrels are approximately 100 pounds each.

Allowed: Briefs, suits, sleeves, wraps, hard and soft belts

FARMERS PICK AND HOLD: 

Athlete will be allowed to take grip, then get the go command.

Time starts at lockout. 

Ends when an implement hits the floor.  

No straps. NO TACKY.

18" deadlift and farmers pick and hold  will be for state records.

Competition will be held at Prime Performance and Physio. 58 silver leaf lane Bozeman MT

Weigh-ins on the 25th at Prime. 9am to noon and 2pm to 6pm. 

All competitors must weigh in.

For easy of tracking and speed of competition, lifting order will not change. Last to sign up will be first to lift.
