The order of the first four events will go in reverse order of registration.
As always we will be having athlete only raffles for equipment and prizes.

220 PRO INTERNATIONAL QUALIFIER
Winner will receive an invite to USS Pro Internationals 2026 as long as there is a minimum of 6 registered athletes that show up and compete on the day of the contest in this weight class/division. Winners at the USS Pro Internationals in 2026 will receive a pro card as well as a monthly paycheck from USS.
The winner cannot zero any events and qualify for USS Pro Internationals finals.
Weights will be at least 10% heavier than the amateur 220 weights.
Cash prizes for podium finishers. $500-1st, $300-2nd and $200-3rd. Minimum
Max Log- 60 Sec (Texas State Record available)
Wessel's Rule: 3 attempts, if you fail you are done. :60 limit per attempt. If you fail the lift you can keep trying in those :60. If you lockout and "treetop" or throw the log it will be a no rep. Control the weight down and guide it to the floor. You can also guide it to chest height and then drop it.
12 inch log for men 10 inch log for women.
Allowed- chalk, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, belt soft or hard, grip shirts (no osg/sc)
Not Allowed- built up belts
Max Silver Dollar Deadlift (18 inch)– 60 sec (Texas State Record available)
Each athlete will be given three attempts to achieve a max deadlift. Wessel's rule applies (miss one attempt and you're out). The athlete will be given a start command and will have 60 seconds to complete the attempt. The down command will be given once the athlete has their knees and hips in line and locked out under control.
Women 20 pound jumps
Men 40 and 50 pound jumps
Belt, elbow sleeves/cuffs, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, straps allowed NO SUITS or lifting hooks.
Conan's Wheel - 60 Sec
The competitor will pick up the wheel from the provided handle and walk with it for a max distance in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction until time expires or the competitor puts it down. The course will be marked in quartered sections. There will be a three feet grace section marked. If the competitor drops the implement in that distance they will be allowed to re-pic the implement and continue on. Time will not stop for the re-pic.

Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.
Sandbag & Keg Carry/Load/Sled Drag– 75 sec
The athlete will start next to the sled. They will pick up and carry a sandbag that is 20 feet away place onto the sled. Then they will pick up and carry the keg that is 10 feet away and load it onto the sled. Once the keg is loaded they will pick up the handle and backwards drag the sled 50 feet and time will stop when the front of the sled crosses the marked line
Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.
Atlas Stone Series - 90 sec
The athlete will load a series of five stones to platforms in order from lightest stone to the highest platform to the heaviest to the lowest platform. The stones must be loaded in order from lightest to heaviest.
