Viking Press - 60 Sec

The athlete will stand facing away from the apparatus and attempt as many reps as possible. You will be given a down command after every completed rep. Push presses are allowed. NO PUSH JERKS / DOUBLE DIPS will be allowed. Once the time expires or the apparatus touches the ground your turn is over. 

Belts, wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, chalk allowed

Conan's Wheel - 60 Sec

The competitor will pick up the wheel from the provided handle and walk with it for a max distance in the direction the athlete desires until time expires or the competitor puts it down. The course will be marked in quartered sections. There will be a three feet grace section marked. If the competitor drops the implement in that distance they will be allowed to re-pic the implement and continue on. 

No Grip shirts or belt build ups allowed.

Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.

Max Ukrainian Deadlift - 60 Sec

The athlete will be standing on 30 inch plyo boxes and will lift a weighted 33 inch tall T-handles loaded with plates. Each athlete will have three attempts to reach a max weight. Jump in when you're ready. You will be given a down command after every completed rep. Wessel's rule applies. Miss one attempt and you're out.

Men's jumps will be 25 and 45 lbs

Women' jumps will be 15 and 25 lbs

No straps no suits

Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.

Crucifix Hold - Max Time

The athlete will begin with hammers upright in hands and arms parallel. Elbows, knees and hips must be locked out at all times. Judge will call when the competitor breaks parallel. 

Chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.

Keg Over Bar for Reps 60 - Sec

The athlete will lift the keg and place it over the bar for as many reps as possible.
